Admissions Process

Thank you for your interest in Creation Village and for giving us the opportunity to partner with you in the cultivation of your child’s physical, academic, social-emotional, and spiritual development. We are available to help your family during any stage of the application process.

Application Steps

Meeting

The first stage of any admissions process begins with finding a school that is the perfect fit for your family and lifestyle. Schedule a private tour of Creation Village to learn about our learning environments, educational approach, and how we embrace the gospel of Jesus Christ through the lifestyle of CREATION.

Schedule

Application

The second step in the admissions process is to complete our online application. To complete the application, you will need to create an account through TADS, our admission system, and pay the non-refundable application fee at the time of submission.

Experience

The third step is for your student to complete an Experience Day in their classroom. During the day, the teacher will evaluate as well as administer enrollment assessments. Our school utilizes Academic and SEL tools which are both nationally recognized, research-based assessments.

Interview

The final step is to ensure the best fit for your family at our school. Upon receiving your application, we will contact you to set up a time for you and your child to meet with our Dean or Head to learn more about your child, your family, and your desire for your child’s growth and education.

Acceptance

After completing these four steps, we will contact you as soon as the admission committee has decided on an application. The admission process must be complete before a decision can be made. We view the relationship between families and Creation Village as a partnership with a common goal of furthering children’s wonder, excitement, education, and the love of learning. Each admission to the program is at the sole discretion of Creation Village and made to ensure the best fit for your family and our school.

Wait Pool: If your child meets our admission requirements, but we do not have space in the grade, your child will be placed in a wait pool. The school will select applicants as space becomes available.

Creation Village admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate based on race, color, and national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship, or other school-administered or school-sanctioned programs or activities.
