Primary Day Trips

Integrated Learning

From the historic city of St. Augustine, to the fascinating Kennedy Space Center, to AdventHealth Robotics Experience our Primary School students embark on educational journeys to these amazing destinations in and around our community. Through these visits, they expand their learning horizons by making real-world connections and receiving expert instruction from knowledgeable guides and educators. Our students in primary develop essential skills that enable them to navigate travel successfully, proudly represent our school, and serve as enthusiastic ambassadors within the community, fostering a sense of responsibility and pride in their roles.

Primary Overnight Trips

Building Agency and Independence 

At Creation Village, our overnight adventure program kicks off in 2nd grade with an exhilarating on-campus event that prepares students for future excursions. In 3rd grade, students set off on an overnight trip to Disney's Fort Wilderness, followed by a 4th-grade camping experience at Anastasia State Park, where they engage with nature through outdoor activities and team-building exercises after a visit to St. Augustine. By 5th grade, the journey takes them to Camp Kulaqua, where students participate in a variety of exciting and educational activities, from zip-lining to wildlife exploration, all aimed at encouraging personal development and strengthening friendships. Each trip builds on the previous one, promoting independence and a passion for the outdoors.

HEART Village

6TH GRADE Overnight Excursion

Our 6th graders set off on a significant overnight camping adventure at HEART Village, where they participate in the Equip, Empower, and Educate program. Throughout this transformative experience, students acquire essential life skills, enhance teamwork, and build a sense of connection to their global peers while also strengthening their bond with nature. The trip not only encourages personal development but also reinforces class unity, laying the groundwork for future service learning excursions in Middle and High School.

Camp Jekyll 4-H

7th & 8th Grade 4-H Camp Expedition

Our 7th and 8th grade students embarked on an exhilarating three-day overnight adventure to Camp Jekyll 4-H Camp located on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Surrounded by the island's natural splendor, the students delved into coastal ecosystems, engaged in hands-on environmental learning, and participated in team-building exercises. This remarkable experience enabled them to broaden their knowledge of marine life while fostering camaraderie and creating enduring memories with their classmates.

Washington, DC

8th Grade Class Trip

Our 8th grade students plan, organize, fundraise, and lead their five-day class trip to Washington, D.C., where they’ll explore the heart of American history and government. This exciting journey includes visits to iconic landmarks such as the Capitol, the White House, the Smithsonian museums, and the National Mall. Through guided tours and interactive experiences, students will deepen their understanding of civics, culture, and the nation’s heritage. The students also spend a day serving at the DC Central Kitchen connecting to our partners and God's family all while bonding with classmates and creating lasting memories. It’s a perfect blend of education, exploration, and adventure through student agency.

Puerto Rico Misson Trip

9th through 10th Grade Family Mission Trip

Our middle and high school students have an amazing opportunity to join a mission trip to Puerto Rico, where they will participate in meaningful service projects that aid local communities in need. By collaborating with Adventures in Missions, students will engage in activities such as community development, disaster assistance, and youth outreach, all while experiencing Puerto Rico's lively culture. This trip serves as a powerful means for students to develop leadership, empathy, and teamwork, leaving a lasting impression on the communities they help.

MOTE LAB

9th & 10th GRADE Keys Experience

Our 9th and 10th graders embark on an exciting trip to MOTE Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, where they will explore the wonders of marine science! This immersive adventure provides opportunities to delve into innovative marine research, engage with various sea creatures, and gain practical insights into ocean conservation efforts. It's a unique opportunity to bridge classroom learning with the captivating world of environmental biology in the Florida Keys.

We’re excited to offer our high school students an unforgettable opportunity to experience the vibrant world of London’s theater scene with EF Tours!
