Join us for a warm and festive Thanksgiving Celebration Luncheon on November 25th, as we gather to express gratitude and share in our community's abundance.

Dear Village Family,

As Thanksgiving approaches, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the blessing of our community. On Monday, November 25th, we are excited to welcome you to our Thanksgiving Celebration Luncheon, a special time to come together and reflect on the abundance we share.

We are providing turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn and stuffing and need your help creating the full meal!

If you would like to donate items for this memorable luncheon, please sign up below.

Bread, water and juice items should be delivered to the school by Friday, November 22nd. Fruit and dessert items should be dropped on Monday morning during drop off.  Please ensure that all food items have the ingredients listed.

Thanksgiving Lunch Donation Items

Below is the updated schedule for November 25th’s luncheon:

Luncheon Schedule:

  • 10:45a–11:25a (Field): Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd Grades
  • 11:00a–11:30a (Courtyard): Auroras Classroom
  • 11:45a–12:25p (Courtyard and Field): PK3: Calliopes and Kingfishers | PK4: Ocelots, Panthers, and Pumas
  • 12:45p–1:25p (Field): 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades
  • 1:45p–2:25p (Field): 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Grades

We have allotted extra time for parking, drop-off, serving, and seating transitions to ensure a smooth flow for each group.

Logistics to Make the Day Flow Seamlessly:

  • Parking:

    • Utilize the school parking lot until it’s full.
    • Overflow parking is available at Celebration Community Church (please avoid parking on the soccer field).
  • Drop-Off and Pick-Up:

    • Auroras families: Drop-off and pick-up in the drive-thru at the Zwart Center.
    • PK3 through 10th Grade families:
      • Drop-off at the Auditorium entrance on Harrison.
      • Pick-up at the Harrison Hall entrance.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to gather and celebrate God’s abundant blessings as a Village family. Your presence will make this day truly special, and we look forward to sharing this time of gratitude with each of you.
