We are excited to announce our new partnership with Posh Receptionist as part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication, availability, and responsiveness for our families.
Beginning this week, when you call the school (407.900.7708), your call may be answered by a professional Posh receptionist who is here to help direct your inquiry quickly and efficiently.
🔔 Important Steps for Current Families:
- Let the receptionist know that you are an enrolled family.
- You may then request to speak with:

👩⚕️ Welcome, Nurse Mackenzie! 👩⚕️
We’re excited to welcome Mackenzie, our new part-time school nurse through our partnership with AdventHealth Celebration!
Nurse Mackenzie will play a vital role in supporting our students' and staff's health and well-being focusing on health education, promoting hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our village.
Instructional Activity Fee
As part of the enrollment process, you selected payment option for the Instructional Activity Fee. If you chose the installment plan, please note that the first payment was due March 1, and the second is due April 1.
This annual fee supports a variety of educational resources and experiences, including:
- Our authorization for the PYP, MYP, and unique partnership with the IB global community, including the CP candidacy process
- Our accreditation with Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)
- Our candidacy for accreditation with Christian Schools International and the Florida Council of Independent Schools
- Classroom materials (textbooks, workbooks)
- Assessments (Renaissance, NWEA, ISA, PSAT, AP, IB)
- Technology support and student tech assistance
- Labs, day field trips, 4-H, guest speakers, and on-campus presenters
- End of Unit and Promotion celebrations

Step Up for Students is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2025–2026 school year.
To apply, follow these steps:

- Click “Log In” in the top right corner to access the Education Market Assistant (EMA) portal.
- Once logged in, go to your Dashboard.
- Select the scholarship program you’d like to apply for.
- Follow the prompts to complete your application, including uploading any required student information and documentation.

🏃♂️ Middle School Track: Congratulations to our team for finishing 2nd overall in the CFAA league—a strong finish to a great season!
⚽ High School Boys Soccer: We hosted our 1st Annual Celebration Soccer Cup, welcoming four schools to the Celebration Recreation Fields. A big thank you to our partners at Orlando City for their support. The River Hawks reached the finals and finished as tournament runner-up!
🏀 High School Boys Basketball: What a season! The team advanced to the state championship, finishing as state runner-up. Special shoutout to Logan Draeger, named runner-up MVP of the tournament!
🎉 Thank you to our amazing cheerleaders for supporting the River Hawks all season long!

🌿 Annual 4-H Enrollment Form – Action Needed
As part of our nature-based learning at CVWS—including the PYP Nature Explore class and the MYP Eco-Life Studies class—all students are enrolled in the 4-H program, providing us access to learning resources and services through the University of Florida’s 4-H program.
To maintain your child’s 4-H membership with Osceola County and Florida 4-H, we kindly ask that each family complete a brief online form once per year.
👉 Complete the 2024–2025 Annual 4-H Form
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Florida 4-H (RegMax-Florida 4-H), which may mention a payment. Please disregard any mention of payment—no additional fees are required. Completing the form is the only step needed for the year.

SCAD Visit
We’re excited to welcome Keller Boston, Director of Recruitment, and Professor Kent Knowles from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) on Friday, March 28th at 10:30 AM.
They will lead a 30-minute session on SCAD, the admissions process, and our IBCP partnership. Following the presentation, Professor Knowles will also lead a Foundation Studies workshop to give students and families a hands-on look at SCAD’s teaching style.
All interested students and families are encouraged to attend!
